Without Empty Space The Entire Human Race will Fit Into A Sugar Cube

Did you know, if we had all the Empty Space in our bodies removed, The Entire Human Race will Fit In A single Sugar Cube? It’s true!

Without Empty Space The Entire Human Race will Fit Inside A Sugar Cube

As you may know, human beings are made up of atoms. What you may not know, is atoms have a lot of empty space inside of them.

If we were to remove all of that empty space from all the atoms in a human being, the remaining mass would be very, very, very, very small.

This means, the size of a human being, when considered in terms of the amount of space they occupy, is tiny, to say the least.

the entire human race will fit in a sugar cube!

Stranger still, the entire human race, all 7.3 billion of us, wouldn’t require as much space as the inside of your car?

The truth is, the entire human race will fit inside a sugar cube.

Did you know, if all the Empty Space in our bodies were removed, The Entire Human Race would Fit Inside of A single Sugar Cube? It's true! Find out how, right here

If you’re like me before looking into this claim, and not aware of how this works, you will obviously find this claim to be totally absurd, if not downright crazy.

However, there is actually a valid explanation to this claim, but before we get into that, let’s look at the basics.

How does the entire human race fit inside of a sugar cube!

What is matter?

Anything that has mass and occupies space is technically defined as “matter”. Every type of matter you see or touch is made up of millions or even billions of tiny particles called atoms.

Atoms are the building blocks of practically everything that has a certain mass and occupies a defined space.

The most basic element: Hydrogen, only has 1 electron in its shell, which makes it the simplest atom in the periodic table.

If you look at the diagram of a Hydrogen atom above, you’ll see it has a spherical structure in the center and a ball-like object in orbit around the central structure. The structure in the center is called the nucleus of the atom and the ball-like structure is the single electron.

You’ll also notice that there is a lot of empty space inside the atom. This is the case with every atom; the nucleus occupies a very, very small space, and it’s this space that we’re interested in for now.

Every Human Fitting Inside of A Sugar Cube!

Each human is made up of millions of atoms. All of these atoms, as you just saw, have a lot of empty space inside them.

If we were to remove all that empty space from every atom in, the resultant mass of a human body would be infinitesimally small. It would be so small that all of humanity would be the size of a sugar cube or even smaller.

The weight of this humanity sugar cube would be inconceivably heavy, since it contains only the dense ‘matter’ of the human body. The weight of that sugar cube would be billions of tons.

The truth is, a sugar cube is an exaggeration. In fact, the size of the entire human race could even be smaller than that.

If someone could create a trash compactor large enough to hold the entire human race! They could hypothetical smash down the human race down to the size of a single sugar cube.

Isn’t science fun? A bit crazy, but still fun!
