A Beat Up Tesla cybertruck is Spotted On The Street being Towed!
Spotted on the street was an extremely beat up Tesla Cybertruck, which has yet to ship to customers. The truck is being towed on a public street.
It appears to be a test vehicle and it’s in pretty rough shape, with a cracked windshield, dented fender, and scratched side panels.
Tesla seems to be putting the vehicle through its paces before fully rolling it out. Although, the cracked glass reminds me of the time Tesla chief designer Franz von Holzhausen accidentally smashed the reinforced “armor glass” with a metal ball during the truck’s unveiling three years ago.
No one is sure what the company was using this particular test vehicle for, but given Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s repeated promises of the pickup truck being able to survive pretty much anything, even the surface of Mars, it’s likely they were testing its physical limits.
The cybertruck in the image is also outfitted with sensors and camera calibration equipment.
Also on this version of the Cybertruck is its unsightly mega-windshield wiper.
